I support ending undue corporate influence in our legislative system, and protecting our representative government so that it is genuinely accountable to the people, not corporate interests. Inalienable rights belong to human beings only -- not corporations. Money should not a form of protected free speech under the First Amendment, and should be regulated in political campaigns.
I have received the endorsement of Louisiana's Bayou Rising PAC. Bayou Rising supports Democratic candidates and causes through a strategic approach with the goal being a better Louisiana for all of its citizens.
